Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
- We charge Rs. 250 on all orders.
- Orders placed by 6:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) are shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM are dispatched the next working day.
- Orders placed on Sundays or Pakistan’s national holidays are processed on the next working day.
- Delivery time is between 4 to 7 working days (no deliveries on Sundays).
- During peak seasons or mega sales, delivery may take up to 7 working days.
- We attempt delivery at least twice at the provided address.

Order Cancellations
- Orders placed via credit card or online payment methods undergo a fraud verification process.
- If the payment fails fraud verification, the order is automatically cancelled.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are confirmed through up to 4 verification calls.
- If the customer does not respond to verification calls, the order will be cancelled.
- Orders can be cancelled by the customer anytime before processing.
